Hacettepe Üniversitesi Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği Bölümü öğretim üyesi Prof. Dr. Özlem Özgün, IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (APS) tarafından 2025-2027 yılları arasında Distinguished Lecturer (Seçkin Öğretim Üyesi) olarak seçilmiştir. IEEE APS Distinguished Lecturer programı, antenler ve dalga yayılımı konularında önde gelen isimleri tanıtarak, bu alanlardaki bilgi birikimini küresel ölçekte artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Dr. Özgün, bu prestijli unvan kapsamında, üç yıl boyunca dünya genelindeki çeşitli etkinliklerde ve üniversitelerde alanındaki en son gelişmeleri aktarmak üzere davetli konferanslar verecektir.

Prof. Dr. Özlem Özgün, a faculty member of Hacettepe University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, has been selected as a Distinguished Lecturer by the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (APS) for the period of 2025-2027. The IEEE APS Distinguished Lecturer program aims to promote leading authorities in the fields of antennas and wave propagation, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in these areas. As part of this prestigious recognition, Dr. Özgün will deliver invited lectures at various events and universities around the world over the next three years, sharing the latest developments in her field.
