• Acts an interface between the executive committee and technical chapters.

• Oversees the activities of technical chapters and collects quarterly reports from them.

• Acts as a liasion to related local and international technical organizations such as EMO, URSI, OSA, ACM, etc.

• Leads the organization of local technical activities directly organized by IEEE Turkiye Section.
