Dr. Tülay YILDIRIM Professor Yıldız Technical University [email protected] Serves as the primary contact for local IEEE members who plan to organize conference, workshop and other activities in Turkey. Evaluates the applications for section sponsorships and provides recommendation to executive committee. Oversees the organization and execution of the sponsored activity in touch with the local organizers.

To apply for IEEE Turkey technical sponsorship of your conference, you need to download the form, fill it out, and email it to [email protected], including the supporting documents (6 example papers -3 accepted and 3 rejected- and relevant reviews by at least two referees).

Please note that

1. IEEE Turkey will not sponsor the conferences that are organized for the first time.

2. The registration fee for the IEEE members should be at least 25% less than the full registration fee.

3. Conference committee should consist of at least five active IEEE members

4. An active member of the IEEE Turkey should be invited as a keynote speaker
